Man, I Sure Do Love Surgery

Here's what's on the docket today.  Getting my wisdom teeth out.  Not sure what surgery I'll get getting in July, gotta keep my streak going.

Man, I feel for you - I've recently been there myself.

I agree w Farmpunk: don't mess with dry socket. That's worse than anything you'll feel otherwise.

blech, sounds super fun. Not to add to the 'this is my horrible wisdom tooth experience' train, but this is my horrible wisdom tooth experience: my dentist gave me meds I told him that I was allergic to while I was under. This ended in me projectile vomiting all of the blood I swallowed during the surgery all over my bathroom about 15 minutes after the surgery.

So good luck. as far as your next surgery, just make sure it increases your killing power. I would suggest installation of either a robo-cop gun holster or some kind of blade in your hands/fingers.

haven't done this in a while, but I got a good word verfication..

i had to have three of mine removed with local anesthesia because i made the classic mistake of eating something before hand.

the shoot through the roof of my mouth was the worst.

In other news - keep those sockets clean and if they tell you to do a saltwater rinse, gor Unholy Krondor's sake, DO IT!

Quick procedure, didn't feel very bad at all. Keeping the gauze handy just in case.

I had to have 4 teeth out when I was younger cos of the funky crowding. Perfectly good teeth. Irritating.

Glad your surgery went well - since you don't have any for next month yet, want me to forward penis enlargement emails? :p

I hope you've got no complications on your wisdom tooth extraction, and just like what Brent said, be careful with dry socket, it will surely hurt like you want to punch yourself in the face due to pain. I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was 20 at the dentists in Memphis. First, I have no intention to get it extracted, but due to extreme pain and it being impacted, I had no choice but to get it out of my mouth.

The recovery process is pretty fine, but it was really time-consuming to change your gauze or else, the wound will ooze out. A few days later, the stitches are all gone and the wounds are healed. Currently, even though I travel a lot in Memphis, dentist's visit is the one thing I must not forget just to ensure my dental health is in perfect condition.
