So, we're making the best of some silly limitations.  Heralds fill the role of Fiends and do it quite well.  They have a crazy threat range, put out a lot of S5 rending attacks, and are pretty durable.  DPs come in as infantry killers primarily, using Pavane and Musk to give them the mobility they don't normally have.  Daemonettes are your scorers first and foremost.  They are fragile, so stick to cover and drop in the secondary wave.
 
As far as splits go, generally I'd drop all 4 chariots together.  This gives me 4 fairly tough and speedy units, while the second wave ends up more as mop up.  I want to get my enemy out of their rides and tie up their guns as much as possible before the fragile Daemonettes come in.  If the second wave shows, I'll stick to cover, limit return fire, and wait for the chariots to come save the day :P
